Will it be possible to do a service project “Community Action” while at Sangam?
If you stay on at Sangam after your event ends and organize your own service project. This is only possible if there are at least 2 weeks between the date on which your event ends and the start of the next event, and if there is room at Sangam for your group.
If you are considering organizing your own Community Action project and staying at Sangam, you must contact Sangam at least a year in advance to find out if this will be possible. See our information on Long Term Independent Guests.
Our Community Volunteer Programme, offers you the opportunity to work with a local NGO for 3 months, whilst learning so much about Indian Culture and the national language.
