How to Make A Booking

• Contact info@sangamworldcentre.org with your details and the event you would like to attend or the dates you would like to stay.

• Receive confirmation from our Event Administrator that the number of spaces you require are available. 
  

• Pay the necessary deposits.                                          
  
• Read the booking Policy.

• For event participants: complete an enrolment form and a health form and return to info@sangamworldcentre.org. Ensure any room preferences, health concerns or food restrictions are clearly indicated. 
  

• For independent guests: complete the booking form and send to info@sangamworldcentre.org.  Ensure any room preferences, health concerns or food restrictions are clearly indicated. 

• Send your arrival details to the Event Administrator including any requests for assistance with planning your travel from Mumbai Airport to Pune or onward travel in India.
  

• Ensure to apply for an Indian Tourist Visa

• Consult with a Travel Health Clinic for recommended vaccinations.

• Purchase travel and health insurance. 

Once a booking is made, you will begin receiving further programme information.  A letter will be sent to you at 9, 6 and 3 months before your event from the Programme Team.  View a sample event schedule.
