Michelle M. Volz

Hi!  My name is Michelle and I come to you from Syracuse, New York, .  Back home, I’m a Community/Membership Specialist for the Girl Scout Council of Central New York.  My lifelong love of scouting has inspired me to join my international colleagues as a Community Volunteer. 

I have a passion for travel and new adventures, and love to explore different cultures.  I am looking forward to this opportunity to grow and learn as I learn to embraces the Indian way of life.  I am thrilled to have the opportunity to spend a significant amount of time in and to volunteer with Akanksha, teaching English to the area children. 

Visiting one of the World Centres has been one of my lifelong goals and I am excited to see global scouting in action.  I feel fortunate to be welcomed into the Sangam family!
